Branded Tote Bags or Lanyards $250
Provide co-branded tote bags or lanyards for attendees with your logo and the TACCM logo. Vendor to provide 125 tote bags or lanyards. Artwork must be approved by TACCM before printing.
Branded Hotel Keys $300
Work with the hotel vendor to create a unique branding experience for
attendees with a branded hotel key for all TACCM attendees. Artwork must be approved by TACCM and the hotel before printing.
Elevator Clings $300 (Five spots available)
Create a unique experience for attendees as they use the elevators coming and going from the second-floor conference area. Vendors will work with the hotel vendor to create up to five elevator clings for the outside of the elevators on the conference floor. Artwork must be approved by TACCM and the hotel before printing.
Sunday Night Pre-Conference Mixer $750 (Only One Available)
Take advantage of our great location and host a pre-conference mixer or dinner for attendees who arrive on Sunday. Approximately 60 attendees arrive on Sunday. Sponsor selects the site within walking distance from the hotel and makes all the arrangements with the venue, including food or hors d’oeuvres and drinks. The event and sponsor will be promoted to all attendees as part of the registration process. Deadline for this sponsorship opportunity: Feb. 23.
Monday Night Opening Mixer $2000 (Only One Available)
Be the official sponsor of our annual opening night mixer. Sponsorship includes pull-banners in the reception area (to be provided by sponsor), sponsor materials on the tables in the reception area and a five-minute presentation by the vendor during the event. Sponsor will be included in the program. This year's reception will be held in the main meeting room so the vendor will have access to the video screens and stage if needed.
Tuesday Night Event or Mixer $750 (Only One Available)
Host an event for attendees on Tuesday night. Sponsor selects the site
within walking distance from the hotel and makes all the arrangements with the venue, including food or hors d’oeuvres and drinks. The event and sponsor will be promoted to all attendees as part of the registration process. Deadline for this sponsorship opportunity: Feb. 23.
Annual TACCM Sponsorship $750
You can now show your support of TACCM year-round with our annual sponsorship.
Sponsorship includes:
- A 300x250 ad on the TACCM home page
- Two mentions on TACCM social media accounts during the year
- An opportunity to host one online Lunch and Learn with either a case study or best practices training. A list of attendees will be provided to the vendor afterwards
- One sponsor profile (500 words or less) to be posted on the TACCM website and emailed to all members during the year
- Your logo in the 2024 TACCM conference program as an annual sponsor
