TACCM Lunch & Learn: Marketing University Transfers

This Lunch and Learn explores the importance of promoting university transfers in light of the new Texas Higher Education Board funding model, which prioritizes student success, including transfer rates. Attendees will learn how Marketing and Admissions teams can collaborate with the Transfer Team to overcome student roadblocks and ensure students are informed about transfer options early in their academic journey. The session will also introduce potential marketing campaigns aimed at encouraging students to plan ahead for their university transfer and meet crucial deadlines.

Alexander Gould has over twenty years experience in the media industry. For the last several years he has been working for M. Roberts Media. Previous employers have included Lee Enterprises and CNHI, LLC. He currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Consumer Sales and Regional Publisher for four publications in the company's portfolio. They are The Henderson News, Kilgore News Herald, The Marshall News Messenger and The Panola Watchman.

A self-confessed techie, Piero is a passionate advocate for the alignment of technology and digital marketing. He actively participates in hundreds of web transformation project pitches, and has acted as an advisor to the higher education sector to transform their web and digital marketing strategies.
