The TACCM Conference is the perfect place to get your company or organization in front of community college marketers in the state of Texas.

Our 2026 conference will be held at the Embassy Suites McAllen Conference Center in McAllen, TX, June 8-10, 2026.

Your sponsorship not only gives you a chance to market your services but it also helps us keep the conference costs low for everyone, so we can continue to strengthen our community colleges across the state and build a stronger Texas for everyone.

There are only four platinum sponsorship opportunities available. Sponsor TODAY!

Your platinum sponsorship includes:

-Table in the exhibit area with electricity
-Access to conference sessions, keynotes, and meals for two vendors. Additional meal plans can be purchased for $425. (Does not include the pre-conference experience.)
-Logo and link on the TACCM conference webpage
-Full page ad in the TACCM conference program
-Marketing materials or SWAG in the conference attendee bags
-Final conference attendee list sent on June 10, 2026
-Logo and link included in TACCM conference emails if sent by Feb. 2, 2026
