Our 2026 conference will be held at the Embassy Suites McAllen Conference Center in McAllen, TX, June 8-10, 2026.

Your sponsorship not only gives you a chance to market your services but it also helps us keep the conference costs low for everyone, so we can continue to strengthen our community colleges across the state and build a stronger Texas for everyone.

There are only four platinum sponsorship opportunities available. Sponsor TODAY!

Your platinum sponsorship includes:

• Table in the exhibit area with electricity
• Access to conference sessions, keynotes, and meals for two vendors. Additional meal plans can be purchased for $425. (Does not include the pre-conference experience.)
• Logo and link on the TACCM conference webpage
• Full page ad in the TACCM conference program
• Marketing materials or SWAG in the conference attendee bags
• Final conference attendee list sent on June 10, 2026
• Logo and link included in TACCM conference emails if sent by Feb. 2, 2026

Can’t make it to the conference but want to promote your company? Provide your SWAG (t-shirts, buttons, pens, etc.) for conference attendees in the attendee bags. A sponsorship package is not required for this level.

Sponsorship includes:

• A 300 x 250 ad on the TACCM home page
• Two mentions on TACCM social media accounts during the year 
• An opportunity to host one online webinar with either a case study or best practices training. A list of attendees will be provided to the vendor after the event
• One sponsor spotlight (500 words or less) to be posted on the TACCM website and emailed to all members during the year
