Design, layout, editing, and proofreading of the printed program and related materials

Develops a list of restaurants, shopping centers, and points of interest for attendees

Determines sponsorship levels and associated benefits (Board review of levels needed)

Identifies new vendors, exhibitors, and sponsors

Negotiates vendor/sponsor contracts and keeps them informed of conference details

Collaborates with the Program Subcommittee and the Communications Subcommittee to ensure vendors and sponsors are recognized appropriately

Works with hotel to ensure all contracted booth spaces are set up as requested

Develops a plan to encourage attendees to visit vendor/sponsor booths (contests, etc.)
