Become a Platinum Sponsor to sponsor one of our sit-down meals during the conference (breakfast or lunch). Only four slots available.

Be the official sponsor of our annual opening night mixer. Sponsorship includes pull-banners in the reception area (to be provided by sponsor), sponsor materials on the tables in the reception area and a five-minute presentation by the vendor during the event. Sponsor will be included in the program.

Purchase additional drink tickets for the opening night reception in groups of 20, to distribute to attendees.

Take advantage of our great location and host a pre-conference mixer or dinner for attendees who arrive on Sunday. Sponsor selects the location within walking distance from the hotel and makes all the arrangements with the venue, including food or hors d’oeuvres, and drinks. Vendor can provide marketing materials or SWAG at the event and give a 10-minute presentation during the event. Mixer and sponsor will be promoted to all attendees as part of the registration process. Sunday night hotel reservations average between 50 and 60 attendees. Deadline for this sponsorship opportunity: Jan. 26.

Host an event for attendees on Tuesday night. Sponsor selects the vendor within walking distance from the hotel and makes all the arrangements with the venue, including food or hors d’oeuvres and drinks. Sponsor can provide marketing materials or SWAG at the event and give a 10-minute presentation during the event. The event and sponsor will be promoted to all attendees as part of the registration process. Deadline for this sponsorship opportunity: Jan. 26.

Sponsorship includes:

  • A 300x250 ad on the TACCM home page
  • Two mentions on TACCM social media accounts during the year 
  • An opportunity to host one online Lunch and Learn with either a case study or best 
  • practices training. A list of attendees will be 
  • provided to the vendor afterwards
  • One sponsor profile (500 words or less) to be posted on the TACCM website and emailed to all members during the year
  • Your logo in the 2023 TACCM conference
  • program as an annual sponsor

Can’t make it to Sugar Land but want to promote your company? Provide your SWAG (tshirts, buttons, pens, etc.) for conference attendees in the attendee bags.
